MY ORDER HAS BEEN FLAGGED AS FRAUD?Updated 6 days ago

We take the security of our community seriously. We monitor transactions to protect our community from unauthorized card use, identity theft and Fake Tracking ID Fraud. 

An order may be flagged for automated review for a variety of reasons including: 

  • Billing & Delivery Mismatches: Significant differences between where the order was placed and the delivery address
  • Multiple Payment Attempts: Several failed attempts to process a payment before a successful checkout
  • High-Value Orders: Large or unusually high-dollar transactions that require a manual security check 
  • Pattern Matching: The transaction shares characteristics with previously identified fraudulent orders

What happens next?

If your order is flagged, our Community Experience team will reach out to you directly. To protect your account, the following steps may be taken:

  • Order Paused: Your order may be temporarily placed on hold while we verify your details 
  • Additional Verification: We may request further confirmation or payment verification to ensure the order is legitimate 
  • Return Policy Limitations: Flagged accounts or orders will face stricter guidelines during the returns process. This includes extra verification steps, sighting of the product before the return outcome is issued and complete exclusion from our Instant Returns (instant refund and exchanges) program.
  • Order Cancellation: If we cannot verify the legitimacy of the order within a reasonable timeframe, or if the security risk remains high, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
