Once your tracking number is sparked with your local postal service and your package is on its way back to us a store credit code will be emailed through to you and will be ready to use straight away! (Don’t forget to check spam if you can’t find it!)

**if you are located outside of AU, NZ, US, CA, UK and SG you will need to email the tracking number to the LSKD team by replying to your return confirmation email (or email [email protected])
