We offer instant exchanges to get your items even faster! When lodging an exchange online you have the option to enter your credit card details and hold $1 to have the new item shipped out to you before you ship the item back to us.

We will ship your new items straight away, you just need to pop the return items in the post within 14 days otherwise you'll be charged for the extra items.

*Exchanges are only valid for 60 days from the delivery date.

*Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our Customers located in Australia, New Zealand,  the United States, Singapore, Canada and the UK.
