The Terms & Conditions for Memorial Day Sale 2026!
To keep things running smoothly, we’ve outlined the key terms and conditions below. These cover everything from discounts and product availability to shipping and returns, helping to create an excellent experience for our community. By shopping the sale, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to review them.
Sale Period
If you're in the US, LSKD's Memorial Day Sale kicks off at 5:00pm PDT on Thursday, 21st May 2026, for 5 days only, ending at 11:59pm Monday 25th May 2026.
This sale is only valid for people located in the United States of America & Mexico.
Discounts
Eligibility: All stock is eligible for the discount by applying the code MDS30. LSKD Gift Cards are excluded.
Redemption: The MDS30 discount code provides 30% off and can only be redeemed via the official LSKD App, website or at our Pacific Beach Retail Store.
Exclusions: Discounts are only valid once the code is applied at checkout. Other discount codes, Club LSKD rewards points, bundles, and additional promotions cannot be used in conjunction with this sale.
Pricing: Prices are valid only at the time of purchase. Discounts and promotions are subject to change at LSKD's discretion.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability during the sale period. First in, best dressed!
Payment
All purchases must be made via the LSKD App, Website or the LSKD Pacific Beach Retail Store. We accept credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Shipping
Our Distribution Centre is anticipating an approximate 4 day dispatch delay due to high volume. Normal shipping T&Cs apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to LSKD's standard return policy (excluding Shop Now).
Shop Now transfers exchange credit onto any other item on the website, transferring the discount as well.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations: To cancel your order, please contact our Community Experience Team. We will attempt to cancel orders if they have not yet been packed, but this is not guaranteed during high-volume periods.
Changes: We have limited flexibility during sale periods. Order adjustments for sizes or items may be unavailable once an order is placed.
Fraud Prevention
LSKD reserves the right to investigate and cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. In such cases, payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Modifications
LSKD reserves the right to modify or cancel the sale at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such modifications or cancellations.
