Shipping time kicks in after your order’s been picked, packed, and dispatched. During Black Friday, our Distribution Centre receives tens of thousands of orders, so we’re expecting up to a 5-day dispatch delay if you're based in USA or Canada or 15 days for rest of world.

Our team’s hustling hard to get your gear out the door 🏃‍♀️💨 once it’s on the move, you’ll get your tracking email and it’s over to the carrier team (keep in mind this is also their busiest time of year, so there may be some delays). If it's past your expected delivery date please let us know.
