Returns & Exchange Policy
Please review our guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You have up to 30 days to return your gear for a refund and 60 days for an exchange or store credit!
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all products must be in original condition, unwashed, and unworn with tags still attached. Please note the following specific requirements:
Hats: Must be returned inside a box to avoid damage during transit.
Running Vests: Must be returned with all water bottles unused, unopened, and with the protective film intact.
Gifts with Purchase: If you return all or part of your order for a refund, you must include the gift in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the full retail cost of the item may be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions for Health & Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, socks, jocks, towels, and drink bottles cannot be returned.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To ensure a secure shopping experience, we monitor transactions for irregular activity.
- If your order is flagged as having potentially fraudulent features, it will require additional verification during the returns process
- Flagged orders are strictly ineligible for Instant Returns (including instant refunds and instant exchanges). We reserve the right to delay or deny a return until either the transaction's legitimacy or the returned items are verified.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any product you received is damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] so we can find a solution for you! Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the fault/damage
- The PO number (this is a 5-digit batch code located on the care label, inside the left pocket, or inside the left cup of your bra).
International Exchanges
Please note: Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our community located in the United States, Singapore, Canada and the UK.
