Eep! Let's run through some ways to troubleshoot below 👇 

Ways to fix (iOS + Android)

1. Force quit and re-open
2. Delete and re-download

Community still experiencing problems (Android)

1. Go to Device Settings —> Apps —> Find the LSKD App —> Select Clear Storage
2. Delete and Reinstall App
