We’ve made it easy & free to exchange for something better if your item if its not quite....you!
1. Enter your order number then select the item you want to exchange
2. Select exchange for something new and choose the 'shop now' option to choose your new items.
3. Review your return and submit
4. Ship it back using the free label we provide

Heads up for our U.S. & Canada community:
With the launch of our new U.S. warehouse, some items have been removed from the U.S. and Canada website and may no longer be eligible for exchange. If an item isn’t available for exchange, you'll still be able to return it for a refund or store credit (if within the return window).

*Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our Customers located in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Singapore, Canada, EU and the UK.
